BDT 88 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bdt 88 ("bdt 88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdt 88 platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and support services available at bdt-88.club.

By creating an account on bdt 88, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on bdt 88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bdt 88 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
• One account only: Each person may hold only one bdt 88 account. Duplicate accounts — identified by name, device, IP address, payment method, or any other means — are prohibited.

bdt 88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Verification of identity, age, and payment method may be required before any withdrawal is processed. 03 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on bdt 88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. bdt 88 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on bdt 88 is ৳200. This threshold may vary during specific promotions — check the relevant promotion page for details.
• Deposit processing: Deposits are credited to your bdt 88 account in real time in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact bdt 88 support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
• Deposit ownership: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit fails after funds have left your payment account, bdt 88 will investigate and resolve the discrepancy within 24 hours. Do not attempt to re-deposit the same amount before contacting support.

04 Withdrawals and Payouts

bdt 88 is committed to fast, transparent withdrawals. All withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being met.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of approval. VIP Platinum and Diamond tier members receive priority processing within 5 minutes.
• Verification: bdt 88 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be sent to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your deposit. bdt 88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Pending bets: Withdrawals cannot be processed while you have active bets in progress. All open bets must be settled before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before this point will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance.

bdt 88 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for additional verification if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bdt 88 will notify the player and provide a timeline for resolution.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

bdt 88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Standard wagering requirements on bdt 88 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the expiry period will be automatically removed from your account.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your bdt 88 account at any time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot-style games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the promotion terms.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on bdt 88 operate using independently certified random number generators (RNG). Published RTP figures are accurate and reflect the long-term theoretical return for each game. bdt 88 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not adjust RTP figures based on individual player activity or account status.

• Game results are final: Once a game round has been completed and the result displayed, that result is final. bdt 88 does not reverse game results except in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the outcome.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical error during gameplay — including server disconnections, display errors, or software malfunctions — bdt 88 will investigate and resolve the issue. Bets placed during a verified technical error may be voided and stakes returned. bdt 88 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
• Bet limits: Each game on bdt 88 has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. These limits apply at all times and cannot be overridden. High Roller titles carry higher maximum bet limits — see the High Roller page for details.
• Automated play: The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other automated tools to play games on bdt 88 is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using automated tools will be suspended immediately.

bdt 88 conducts regular internal audits of game performance data to ensure published RTP figures remain accurate. If a discrepancy is identified, affected players will be notified and any underpayment will be credited to their accounts.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt 88. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Registering or playing on bdt 88 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one bdt 88 account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your bdt 88 account.

• Threatening behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdt 88 staff or other players in any way.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

bdt 88 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure)
• As required by applicable law or regulatory obligation

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, bdt 88 will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome within 14 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, bdt 88 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any balance in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bdt 88 account should contact support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on the player's side
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to keep their account credentials secure
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind
• Losses resulting from the player's breach of these Terms
• Temporary unavailability of the bdt 88 platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance

Nothing in these Terms limits bdt 88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bdt 88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

bdt 88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, bdt 88 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of bdt 88 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using bdt 88 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
